So many new fake meats! We now have "seitan-in-a-can" in various forms from Cedar Lake. Vegi-Scallops, Chops, and Chik'n Strips. And to bread up all these fine protein sources, we have the Cedar Lake Breading Meal. Now break out the frying pan.
If you've ever wondered what our German brothers and sisters do for fake meat, now you can find out. We are pleased to offer Viana products, available in Gyros,"Chickin" Fillets, and Veggie Steaks.
So yes, we have Chik'n, Chickin, Chikky, and sometimes "Chiken", but never chicken.
New in the book section, we have The Damn Tasty Vegan Baking Guide by Kris Holechek. We have tried several of Kris' recipes in our kitchen so far with great success. You must try the Raspberry Swirl Muffins and the Garlic Rolls! Another new cookbook is Please Don't Feed The Bears, which we find just hilarious. It's a zine-style cookbook made as a tribute to Soy Not Oi. Also just in, The New Farm Vegetarian Cookbook. Hippie Pictures and illustrations, amazing recipes. Get into it.
