Fun Stuff:: Grand Opening!

Wow! The ATL vegans came out in droves to represent at our grand opening party last night! We were so busy and excited to talk to everyone that we didn't take a single picture. Luckily we have a friend that did, so we will post them as soon as we can.
A heartfelt "Thank You!" to everyone who came out to support our little vegan store, and to support Ahimsa House, which because of all of you, we are able to donate a good little chunk of change to. Also thank you to local vegan baker Idalys Sansores of Dulce Vegan, who donated a huge pile of decadent baked treats for the party, Liz Lovely for donating samples of their famous cookies, and our new neighbors Across The Street (that's the name of the restaurant!) who came through with kick-ass tempeh-pineapple tacos, and all the fresh guac, salsa and chips we could eat.
We kept hearing positive feedback all night, and everyone seemed to have a blast. It really reinforced our faith in the vegan/AR community in metro Atlanta.
Seriously, thank you. We're verklempt.

Fun Stuff:: Grand Opening Celebration

Cosmo's is having a special grand opening celebration Saturday, June 23rd at 6:00PM! Come by for free food, sweets, prizes and some lovely baked goods from Dulce Vegan. Plus, a portion our profits from Saturday will be donated to Ahimsa House, a local rescue organization that provides shelter and aid to animals caught in the cycle of domestic violence. A portion of our profits from all online sales on Saturday will also go to Ahimsa House.
So come by and see us! While you're here, you can pick up some of the awesome fake meat from VegeUSA, Temptation soy ice cream, Uncheesecakes and cookie dough from Moo-Cluck, and much more!
