Books, Junk Food, and a Local Event
We have some new goodies to tell you about. Dulce Vegan now makes sticky buns! Available both in-store and online.
In other vegan junk food news, we have some bagged snacks to keep your belly happy, and your sodium intake high. Newman's Protein Pretzels and Lesser Evil Krinkle Sticks.
In the cookbook department (department- ha! It's more of a shelf) we have some new titles for you. Vegan Bites: Recipes For Singles By Beverly Lynn Bennett and Instead of Chicken Instead of Turkey By Karen Davis. Leigh can't help herself, she just loves vegan cookbooks!
We also want to share a local event for you ATL folks. The Georgia Peace and Justice Coalition is having a benefit concert and silent auction at WonderRoot on Friday August 1st @ 8:00PM. Included in the festivities will be a vegan bake sale. So stop by and fill up on baked treats! All proceeds go towards youth outreach and counter-recruitment efforts. For more info visit www.gpjc.org
