Hey Atlanta- Vegan House For Rent
A vegan family is looking to rent out their house for the first half of 2009. Are you interested? Here are the details:
Beautiful, fully furnished single-family home in Morningside for rent from January 2009 - June 2009. One bedroom, one bathroom* with full kitchen, living room, full laundry, office, and screened-in porch on first floor available to rent while our family is on sabbatical. Asking $950/month with all utilities included (including high-speed Internet and digital HD TV) in exchange for basic upkeep (e.g. watering indoor plants, feeding fish, basic maintenance of outdoor areas) and occasional errands (e.g. picking up packages at the post office). Non-smokers only. Household cookware may be used for vegetarian only.
Would be ideal for a single person or a couple without children. Close to Emory, CDC, Sage Hill shopping center, Virginia-Highlands, midtown (Piedmont Park, Atlanta Botanical Garden) and short drive to Georgia Tech. Short (<10 min.) walk to MARTA bus routes 16 and 36.
*The entire house is four bedroom, three bathroom with the additional rooms on the second floor. We will need to return occasionally during the lease period and so we will retain the use of the second floor. We will give ample advance notice of any such visits.
