New Stuff and a Giveaway!

The new stuff just keeps coming! This is what we have for you this week:

- Sarah Kramer's Go Vegan! 2010 Calendar. New recipes and tips included!

- Bakon Hickory Smoke Seasoning. This vegan seasoning adds a rich, smoky flavor to all of you favorite foods.

- A metric ton of books just arrived yesterday! Including some new titles such as This is Why We Don't Eat Animals, and BabyCakes.

Other "new to us" titles include:

* The Artful Vegan: Fresh Flavors from the Millennium Restaurant By Eric Tucker

* The Candle Cafe Cookbook By Joy Pierson and Bart Potenza

Now, about that giveaway we mentioned. We have one copy of the gorgeous cookbook, Great Chefs Cook Vegan ready to ship out to one lucky person. This title is hardcover, with beautiful, full color photographs and detailed recipes. Tree of Life Smoked Tofu. Haven't seen it in ages, but loved it so much. (It's apparently still available.)

Little Lad's Bakery granola and popcorn. Little Lad's is a smallish all-vegan operation with a bakery in Corinth Maine and 2 restaurant locations (NYC and Portlane Maine). Their popcorn is legendary =D

VegiKaas Smoked Spread. It's made by SoyaKaas (it's one of their vegan alternatives). Once again - haven't seen it in ages, but it's so good....

I have to vote for Daiya too. This product is so important for veganism to advance. It's seriously the only vegan cheese I've ever had that I actually will go out of my way to eat, and I would never be afraid to serve it to omnivores who love cheese either.
