New Product Pre-Order, and Showroom Hours This Weekend
You may have seen some ads in Veg News, or perhaps heard some internet talk about a mysterious line of new vegan candy bars. Well, we are happy to say that these new Vegan Candy Bars from Go Max Go Foods are no longer a mystery! We are expecting our first shipment of these babies by Wednesday of next week, and they are now available on our site for pre-order here. Do you miss Snickers, Milky Way, 3 Musketeers, and Almond Joy candy bars? Well, these will quell those cravings, vegan style! Seriously, Go Max Go was kind enough to send us some samples of these a while back, and they blew our little vegan minds. So good!
Just a quick word about our showroom hours for the next few days. Our showroom will be closed from Friday, May 1st through Monday, May 4th. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will be back in the office, all bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, first thing on Tuesday.

More Flavors of Pure Bliss Granola in Stock!
We have mentioned on more than one occasion that Pure Bliss is our favorite granola. In fact, we started offering it in the store just so we could have easier access to it! Please join us for an important demonstration this Saturday, April 25th at 9:00 am.
Meet us on the corner of Marietta and Centennial Olympic Blvd. We'll walk to the parade from there.
We will have plenty of literature to distribute to the parade-goers to educate them about the testing on animals. I will bring signs too.
With the worthy goal of preventing birth defects, the March of Dimes collects millions of dollars in donations annually. But most donors who generously open their pocketbooks are unaware that their gifts help to fund painful experiments on animals. The March of Dimes has funneled millions of dollars into laboratory studies on primates, rats, mice, cats, dogs, rabbits, pigs, sheep, guinea pigs, opossums, and members of other animal species.
Both animals and human babies are the losers, because every dollar spent to harm these animals is a dollar that could have—and should have—been used to help people.
Help us spread the word to the unknowing public.
See you on Saturday downtown. From 9:00 to 10:30 am.

New in store- Taza Chocolate
We are really enjoying this new organic chocolate from Taza! Taza is a small bean-to-bar chocolate maker, and the only producer in the US of 100% stone ground, organic chocolate. The folks at Taza roast, winnow, grind, temper, and mold their chocolate in house and by hand. Taza uses exclusively organic and sustainable ingredients to craft their chocolate.

New Stuff!
We have so many new products to tell you about this week, and it's all food!
First, we have some new offerings from Leahey Foods. An easy to make Stroganoff Mix (think "Hamburger Helper", except vegan and GOOD), and a creamy Broccoli Cheese Soup. We had some of the Broccoli Cheese Soup for lunch today, in fact. Two thumbs up for that one.
New in the refrigerated section, we have Field Roast Sausages in three flavors. And there's plenty new in the frozen section, as well. Nate's Meatless Meatballs, Moophrey Vegan Burger Patties, and three convenient Indian style meals from Sukhi's: Vegan Channa Masala With Naan Bread, Vegan Chili Chicken With Naan Bread, and Vegan Samosas with Chutney.

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to meet some really amazing vegan gals that are touring the country with the Pretty Things Peepshow. Their show is hitting Smith's Olde Bar tomorrow night (Saturday), and it looks like a fun time! Pretty Things Peepshow is a combination of burlesque and sideshow, so think sassy, vintage style peepshow with fire eating, sword swallowing, and more!

Hi everyone! We are happy to report that the Cosmo's move went swimmingly, and we are back up and running at full speed. We are finally getting many products back in stock, as well as some new things. For example:
For you gluten-free vegans, we now have Gluten Free Road's End Pasta Dinners. And for you folks who prefer whole wheat pasta, we also have the whole wheat Mac & Cheese.
New in the frozen section, we have Cluckphrey Vegan Patties. They're baked, not fried. And what a cute name, Cluckphrey.
We are excited to be bringing in some more new frozen products next week too, so please stay tuned!
