I have bought a few vegan dessert cook books recently, and this one is the best so far - explaining a lot about ingredients and procedures. The chocolate cake is our favorite recipe so far - and compared to some other cook books, it seems "normal" and non-vegans wont be questioning what weird stuff you put into it. I think Fran Costigan has some other cook books that I will be adding to my list to buy! great book!!
