Egg whites are no longer necessary for making meringues! This new Angel Food product contains the ingredients required for making about 100 light and crispy egg-free meringue cookies. Just add water and super-fine(caster)sugar, and mix with an electric mixer for fluffy peaks of luscious, vegan meringue!

Each box contains about 3 oz. of product, enough for about 100 cookies. And you don't have to mix them all up at one time, if you choose not to. Just make as much as you need, then save the rest of the mix for another day.

Ingredients (100% vegan): Rice starch, tapioca starch, emulsifiers (475 and 471), stabilizers (461, 415).
