I picked up a bag of Soy Curls at the Animal Rights 2008 conference and I wish I had picked up more. For those vegans who like meat analogs, this is something to be tried. The texture is very much like chicken (lord, that felt strange to say that as a compliment). They are great in stir frys and fajitas. They rehydrate very fast, so be sure to test taste them before they become too soft. | |
