The folks at Chicago Soy Dairy, the makers of Temptation Vegan Ice Cream, have made the most delicious vegan version of cheese we have ever tried.

First of all, Teese melts very well. Melting happens much quicker than the leading brand of vegan mozzarella,without the use of your broiler. Also, Teese tastes amazingly like traditional cheese. Teese will make a perfect topper for your favorite recipes. Just think of all the gooey, delicious pizza, calzones, lasagne and more that could be in your future! The pizza in the picture above was made by us in the Cosmo's test kitchen. We used Mozzarella Teese, Soy Curls, tomatoes, and spinach. Yum!

**IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION** Teese is sensitive to heat. Teese is safe to ship unrefrigerated for about two days as long as it does not get above 75-80 degrees. Since our store is located in Atlanta, where it's common for the temps to be well over 80 degrees from April through September*, we strongly recommend ordering an ice pack or two with your order. If you live in a western state, we also recommend choosing an expedited shipping method upon checkout, such as 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. If you order Teese on a Thursday, Friday or weekend day, we will most likely wait to ship your order until the following Monday to avoid having your product sit in a hot post office or UPS warehouse over the weekend. Because of the delicate and perishable nature of this product, Cosmo's cannot be held responsible for melted Teese when ice packs and expedited shipping methods are not chosen. We can only fulfill Teese orders that ship to locations within the U.S. Once your Teese arrives, refrigerate promptly and serve cold. Oh, what we won't do for fancy vegan cheeses!
