This is a 100% vegan product, made in Israel. Certified Kosher-Parve. Each bag contains about 11 oz.

When I got these I was so excited that I popped a few into my mouth right away. I was delightfully chewing away when I realized that they weren't... chewing. No melting, no dissolving, and not even really flavored like white chocolate. I was literally chewing my cud, a waxy clump of white gunk that I ended up spitting into the sink. That said, when baked into cookies these actually work fairly well, and along with macadamia nuts or other flavors the texture/lack of flavor isn't noticeable, but alone or for melting, be warned: they don't stand well on their own.

Being overly sweet, white chocolate by itself was never a favorite of mine during my pre-vegan days. These chips are still sweet like the non-vegan kind, but they're great for adding some variety to baking. I used them to make some white chocolate cranberry oatmeal cookies that were out of this world!

These are certainly tasty and delicious! I made some vanilla cupcakes with these babies. They didn't melt 100% (and cuppies take on average about 20 minutes), but they weren't completely intact either. Once the extras went into the fridge, they solidified pretty good so there were crunchy white chocolate bits in the cuppies. All in all..these are going on my wish list so I can remember to order them in all my future orders!

we've been waiting for these!! the chips taste awesome, please take the bag outta my hand next time you see me. i made oatmeal coconut chocolate chip cookies with these instead of regular chips. they were amazing. i had my friends asking to read the ingredients cuz they didn't believe me. the chips are small, like mini-chips, and they didn't overly melt (or lose shape) with my cookies, but then again they were in the oven for only 8 minutes. i haven't tried melting them down, as i said i just eat them from the bag mostly. ;)
