After making the decision to cut down on soy consumption, I opted to try Soyatoo's rice whip topping during on Thanksgiving. While both the soy and the rice whipped toppings aren't overly sweet, the rice whip seemed to harden in the refrigerator more than did the soy. I had to leave the topping out for quite a while so that it could "thaw" and become squirtable. However, it has a pleasant taste, and texture remniscent of dairy whipped cream. This stuff also melts quickly, but I would still buy it again for pies and things of that nature.
