We finally have Uncle Eddie's Cookies after receiving tons of customer requests. And ya'll are right, they're like bags of magic! Made with organic ingredients for extra goodness.

We currently offer three flavors, Chocolate Chip (with walnuts), Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, and Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip. Each bag is approx. 14 oz.

Ingredients (chocolate chip): organic wheat flour, organic evaporated cane juice, chocolate chips (no dairy, no refined sugar), soy margarine, organic brown rice, syrup, vanilla, lecithin, unsulfered molasses, baking soda, unsweetened cocoa & sea salt, walnuts.

Ingredients (peanut butter choc. chip): organic wheat flour , organic peanut butter, organic evaporated cane juice, organic chocolate chips (no dairy), organic palm fruit oil, organic brown rice syrup, organic molasses, soy lecithin, baking soda, sea salt, vanilla and unsweetened cocoa.

Ingredients: (oatmeal chocolate chip): Organic unbleached flour, organic evaporated cane juice, organic rolled oats, organic chocolate chips, natural soy margarine, organic brown rice syrup, coconut (unsweetened), organic maple syrup, organic molasses, natural soy lecithin, vanilla, baking soda (aluminum free), cocoa powder, sea salt & cinnamon.

Nobody ever eats chocolate chip cookies for their nutritional value or health benefits. That's why I'm cutting these peanut butter chocolate chip cookies some slack -- this time. They are absolutely delicious, as cookies should be. Are they still loaded with sugar and sat fats? yes. Are half the calories from fat? yes. Do they have many vitamins/minerals? no. significant fiber? no. only a little bit of protein? yeah. They are a whopping 140 calories per cookie, but hey....if you're gonna eat vegan cookies, you might as well eat these. Are they guilt-free? no. But they're the most delicious chocolate chip cookies I've had since Subway's choc chip cookies that I can't eat any more.

I tried the chocolate chip and peanut butter, the chocolate chip being my favorite. They tasted pretty good, but were chalky.

chocolate chip peanut butter... sooooo good! it seems that with a lot of vegan baked goods you end up paying a lot for a small quantity. not the case with uncle eddie's! one bag is plenty for a week worth of treats :)

I've been jonesing for chocolate chip cookies for a while now (a peanut butter and jelly, too, but that's another story), and I saw Uncle Eddie's at the grocery one day and decided to try it, why not. I first tried the Oatmeal Choc. Chip...not bad. But when I tried the Choc. Chip and Peanut Butter....ohmyGOD is this perfect or WHAT. Incredible. So good. I literally had to force myself from eating another piece. Come to think of it, maybe I should get another piece now...
