Cosmo Points

Cosmo Points^TM is a FREE program that can be used to save money on your next order. This is similar to the popular restaurant or burrito joint "frequent customer cards", where you get your card punched every time you place an order. With us, you don't have to worry about a card, we'll keep track of your points for you.

If you create an account with Cosmo's Vegan Shoppe, you will accumulate Cosmo Points for every order you place (excluding Sale Items). Customers will receive one Cosmo Pointfor every $1.00 spent (not including shipping). 50 Cosmo Points = $1.00 saved on your next order.

• You may redeem Cosmo Points on all items excluding Sale Items.

• You will receive one Cosmo Point^TM per $1.00 spent

• Next time you place an order, you will automatically be notified of how many Cosmo Points you have when you login and also when you check out.

• When you redeem Cosmo Points on your order, you will not accumlate points for your next order. You may accumulate Cosmo Points on a subsequent order (excluding sale items).

Guidelines:

• Only customers who create an account will be rewarded Cosmo Points.

• If you did not create an account when you placed your order, you will not receive Cosmo Points on that order. However, if you create an account, you will start to accrue Cosmo Points on all subsequent orders.

• 50 points = $1.00

  • ex. if you spend $50.00 (not including shipping), you will accumulate 50 Cosmo Points which will equal $1.00 off your next order.

• You may combine points with other coupons.

• If you would like to know how many points you have, just login and the top of the home page, right under "Welcome to Cosmo's Vegan Shoppe" will be your Cosmo Point total. If it does not show your Cosmo Point total, send us an email and we'll tell you.

• You don't have to use your points on your next order. You can bank the points for a future order.

• Sale items will not accrue Cosmo Points. You may not redeem Cosmo Points on Sale Items.

  • ex. If you purchase an item on sale, you will not accrue Cosmo Points and you will not be able to redeem Cosmo Points on the sale items. If you have a basket with sale and non-sale items, you may redeem the Points only on the non-sale items.

• Cosmo Points cannot be exchanged for cash or a discount.

• Cosmo Points can only be used for online purchases. Cosmo Points cannot be used in when purchasing items in our showroom.

• Returned items on a redeemed Cosmo Point order will have Cosmo Points removed

  • ex, if you purchase a pair of shoes for $100.00, you will accrue 100 Cosmo points. However, if you return the shoes, the 100 points will be removed from your account.

• Cosmo's Vegan Shoppe reserves the right to change, edit, update and remove the Cosmo Points program at any time.
