What packing material will you use?

We will use a shipping box, a Styrofoam cooler (non-cfc), ice packs and normal packing material (recycled newspaper, cornstarch peanuts, etc). The cost for the cooler and ice packs is $5.99 You will automatically be charged $5.99 when you checkout with frozen foods. Should your order require two boxes, you will be charged an additional $5.99 (after your order is placed).

You may combine non-refrigerated, frozen and refrigerated vegan food items together in one order.

We will ship refrigerated vegan food orders only Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday @ 1:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday. If you place your order on a Monday or Tuesday and it’s a holiday, your order will ship the following day. If you order on Wednesday and it’s a holiday, your order will ship the following Monday. We will not ship Refrigerated Vegan Foods on the weekend.

Refrigerated Food orders may ship USPS Priority, Fed Ex 2 Day Air, Fed Ex Standard Overnight, UPS Next Day Air or Standard Shipping. You can select Standard Shipping only if you live within 2 days from our store location. Please see if you live in a Standard Shipping qualifying state below.

Please note, your package must be delivered within two days (48 hours) to keep your refrigerated foods cold. Therefore, it is very important that you select the fastest shipping method.

We highly recommend choosing UPS Next Day Air or Fed Ex Standard Overnight for all deliveries.

Refrigerated Food orders will not qualify for free shipping and you cannot combine a non-refrigerated food order with a refrigerated food order to receive free shipping.

Due to the perishable nature of a Frefrigerated foods order, we are unable to ship to a P.O. Box or ship outside the U.S. (sorry, no international orders).

Please provide the correct shipping address. An incorrect shipping address will delay your order and may result in a $10 address change fee if UPS is unable to deliver your package to the correct address.

Post-Order Guidelines:

After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming your order. Please carefully read your order confirmation. Please confirm your shipping address and the products you ordered. If you need to edit your order after it's been placed, please send us an email or call us toll free 800-260-9968 immediately! We will be happy to make any necessary changes provided we haven't already shipped your order.

When your order ships, you will receive another email with your tracking number. Please save this email.

Please be available to receive your package when USPS, UPS or Fed-Ex delivers your package. If you are not going to be home, please have your order shipped to your work address. *Shipping hint* Shipping UPS and Fed EX to a commercial address will save you money!

Once you receive your package, please transfer your refrigerated foods to your refigerator immediately. Do not allow your refrigerated food package to sit outside or inside your car for a long period of time (more than 2 hours). If you refrigerated foods feel warm, please transfer to the freezer immediately. They will be just fine (the same as when you go shopping and purchase frozen foods and they thaw in your car).

When you open your box, the ice packs should be warm and your refrigerated foods should still cold provided you receive your package within 48 hours of ordering.

If USPS, UPS or Fed Ex is unable to deliver the package, you will be responsible for any addtional imposed redelivery fees.

Returned packages are subjected to a $10.00 fee on top of any fees imposed by UPS and you will most likely need to place a reorder if the frozen foods have thawed and are not edible.

Although we highly recommend selecting UPS Next Day or Fed Ex Standard Overnight, you can select USPS Priority (2-3 days) Fed Ex 2nd Day Air. You can also select UPS Ground as long as you live in a 2 day delivery range from our store in Atlanta, GA. If you live in the following states (please see UPS Map): *note if you select UPS ground and do not live in the qualifying states, your order will be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air and we will charge you the difference.
