Happy June, and a Happy Father’s Day to all the dads reading this!

be the last two vegans on earth to find out about this tasty and versatile

Planet Vanilla Cookies are crispy and sweet, and reminiscent of the animal
crackers we grew up with. These are great in place of vanilla wafers when
making banana pudding.

Dulce Vegan Cinnamon Rolls are now available for sale online. Big, gooey,

By popular demand, we now offer the delicious non-dairy cream substitute
Mimic Crème in both the sweetened and non-sweetened varieties. For those of
you already familiar with Mimic Crème and are wondering about the type of
sugar they use, the company has recently reformulated their sweetened

In the non-edible department, we have a new book title in stock. The
Gluten-Free Vegan by Susan O’Brien is perfect for those vegans out there who

Roasted Summer Veggies
Roasting is an easy way to enjoy fresh summer veggies from your local
farmer's market. Makes a perfect quick dish for a picnic or potluck! This is
so easy, that's it's barely a recipe at all.
Roasted Summer Veggies Serves about 4
Preheat oven to 450F. In a casserole dish, toss all of the veggies with the olive oil until liberally coated. Sprinkle Vegetarian Express Roasted Red Pepper & Garlic Zip over vegetables, and cover dish with aluminum foil. Roast vegetables in the oven for about 20 minutes, until potatoes are soft when pierced with a fork. Serve warm
