Product Availability FAQ

The product is currently available and normally ships within 24 hours. However, we are usually very fast with packing/shipping our orders and most orders are packed/shipped the same day (unless you place your order on the weekend or U.S. holiday).

The product is not immediately available and is usually on order with the supplier. For out of stock items, you can request an e-mail when the item is back in stock.

Yes. We have a real-time product inventory tracking system that will automatically mark an item "Out of Stock" when it is actually "Out of Stock". If you just added a product to your shopping cart and then got the "out of stock" message, you may have been lucky enough to grab the last one. If the item is in your basket, then 99.997% of the time it will ship. If not, we will email or give you a call. We do our best to keep our inventory current, however, please remember we concurrently run a retail store and an online store with the same products. In some cases, a customer in our retail store may purchase an item that was available online, but is no longer available since it was the last one. No. We do not drop ship. All items listed on www.cosmosveganshoppe.com that are marked as "In Stock" are indeed stocked in our Atlanta, GA retail store and are ready to ship.
