Shipping Information

When will my order be shipped?
  • Orders placed will usually be shipped within 24 hours. If we are out of stock on an item from your order, you will receive an email or phone call update notifying you of any possible delay.
  • Please note: UPS will not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. USPS Priority will deliver on Saturdays.

What shipping companies do you use?
  • We can ship your order either UPS or USPS. You will have the choice to pick either UPS or USPS when you check out.
  • For our customers that require expedited shipping, we provide: UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air.
    • Please note, UPS will not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. .
      • For example: If you place an order on Thursday and select UPS 2nd Day Air, your order will arrive either on Monday (if you place your order before 1:00 pm EST) or Tuesday (if you place your order after 1:00 pm EST) of the following week.
      • For example, if you place an order on Thursday and select UPS Next Day Air, your order will arrive on Friday (if you place your order before 1:00 pm EST) or Monday (if you place your order after 1:00 pm EST) of the following week.

  • Please remember, UPS does not ship to PO boxes.
  • If you live in Canada, we will ship via USPS either Global Priority or Global Express.
  • Deliveries to an APO/FRP, will ship via USPS Priority. Please allow 10-15 days for delivery to APO/FPO.
  • If you live outside the U.S. and Canada, we will ship Global Priority or Global Express.

How much is shipping?
  • For orders placed in the US, we offer weight-based shipping. This means the shipping charges will be determined by the total weight of your order.
  • You can check your shipping total anytime by clicking on the "shipping rates" link at the bottom of the mini-cart. For instructions on how to calculate shipping charges, please click here.
  • For expedited service, we offer UPS 2nd day and UPS Next Day Air service.
  • Please note, UPS will not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

  • Cosmo's Vegan Shoppe is not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of the shipping company (UPS or USPS).

  • Packages that are returned to Cosmo's Vegan Shoppe and need to be reshipped, will be charged the exact shipping cost for redelivery.
  • We offer free shipping for any single order over $150.00 for orders placed within the U.S. continental 48 states (excluding Alaska & Hawaii)


*note shipping time is measured in business days. Holidays and weekends are not included in shipping time. UPS does not deliver on the weekend.

Shipping to APO/FPO
  • Orders shipped to APO/FPO will be shipped via USPS Priority. Delivery time will be approximately 10-15 days depending on the destination. The exact shipping charges will be charged to your credit card after the order is placed.
  • You can check your shipping total anytime by clicking on the "shipping rates" link at the bottom of the mini-cart. For instructions on how to calculate shipping charges, please click here.

Shipping to Canada
  • Shipping charges to Canada will be determined at the checkout screen. If you need to know how much shipping will be prior to placing your order, send us an email info@cosmosveganshoppe.com with the items you would like and we will calculate the exact cost.

  • Please note* There may be custom fees and taxes that you may have to pay when you receive your package. For more information, please contact your local post office. Cosmo's Vegan Shoppe has no control over any extra costs that may be applied. You will be responsible for paying any additional costs (custom fees or taxes) if they are applied. International Shipping
  • Orders placed outside the U.S. and Canada must be paid in U.S Funds.
  • Shipping charges to destinations outside the U.S. will be determined at the checkout screen.

I don't want my items to melt during shipping, what are my alternatives?
  • We want your order to arrive safe and sound. During the warmer months(May-October), it's time to seriously think about protecting the perishable items (chocolates, cookies, donuts, lip balm, flax oil, marshmallows etc ) from melting while your order is in the hands of UPS or USPS. As a solution, we sell a Uline Ice Pack that will be placed into your shipping box as added protection against the summer heat.
  • Please keep in mind if you live outside 2 shipping days from our location in Marietta, Ga, the ice pack alone may not completely protect perishable items from melting. We highly recommend selecting expedited shipping such as UPS 3 day select or 2nd day air and purchasing the ice pack to ensure optimal protection.
  • As a friendly reminder, Cosmo's Vegan Shoppe is not responsible for melted/damaged items during shipping.

What kind of shipping material do you use?
  • We recycle shipping boxes and packing material. Our packing material will be: newspapers, magazines, bubble wrap and shipping peanuts. We also sell Uline Ice Packs to help protect perishable items (chocolates, marshmallows, cookies, flax oil, lip balm) from melting during the warmer months (May-October)
