I already loved Bragg's Liquid Aminos. It's salty goodness that adds flavor anyplace that you'd used regular soy sauce (great with veggies, tofu, tempeh, salads...). However, it's also wheat and gluten free, unlike most soy sauce. I don't personally have an issue with these things, but since I've started recreating recipes for a friend with wheat & gluten restrictions, it was an eye opener to find out that that soy sauce often includes wheat. Bragg's is the perfect alternative! I honestly can't even taste the difference. If you are looking for a more healthful alternative to soy sauce, you just found it.
