Cleans your contacts well and gives you greater piece of mind that you aren't putting something extremely harmful in your eyes. Plus it is cruelty free--so what is not to love? I have been wearing contacts for decades and have tried everything, but think I am going to switch to this stuff. Really not that much more expensive than the stuff I was using and you get good sized bottle. (may give it five stars, but haven't been able to see how long it lasts yet)
