Agar Agar is a sea vegetable that has strong thickening properties similar to traditional gelatin.
Perfect for desserts, pie fillings, puddings, and more. The flakes dissolve in hot liquid and thicken as it cools.

To prepare vegan "jello": add 4 tablespoons to 4 cps of fruit juice, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes or until dissolved. Add fruits and cool until firm.

Each pack contains 1 oz of flakes, or approx. 11 tablespoons.
