Field Roast Vegan Sausages are made in small batches using traditional sausage making techniques. Authentically seasoned, Field Roast Sausages are juicy, firm but tender, packed with vegetables, fruits and seeds, and won't dry out after a few minutes on the grill.

Field Roast Sausages are available in three delicious flavors:
Italian: Traditionally seasoned with fresh eggplant, zesty red wine, fresh garlic and fennel.
Mexican Chipotle: A spicy-hot blend of smoked chipotle peppers, chili de arbol peppers, garlic, and sweet onions seasoned with cumin and oregano.
Smoked Apple Sage: A unique combination of Granny Smith apples, savory Yukon Gold potatoes, and rubbed sage with ginger.

Each pack contains four sausages, 92g each.

Ingredients (Italian): Filtered Water, Wheat Protein (Vital Gluten Flour), Expeller Pressed, High Oleic Safflower Oil, Yakima Valley Red Wine, Eggplant, Onions, Yeast Extract, Fresh Garlic, Barley Malt Powder, Onion Powder, Red Bell Pepper, Fennel Seed, Granulated Garlic, Spices And Salt.

Ingredients (Mexican Chipotle): Filtered Water, Wheat Protein (Vital Gluten Flour), Expeller Pressed, High Oleic Safflower Oil, Onions, Fresh Garlic, Apple Cider Vinegar, Yeast Extract, Chipotle Peppers, Onion Powder, Granulated Garlic, Brown Sugar, Chili De Arbol Peppers, Salt, Barley Malt Extract, Cumin Seed, Paprika Oleoresin, Oregano And Spice.

Ingredients (Smoked Apple Sage): Filtered Water, Wheat Protein (Vital Gluten Flour), Expeller Pressed, High Oleic Safflower Oil, Yukon Gold Potatoes, Non-Sulfured Washington State Dried Apples, Yeast Extract, Onion Powder, Barley Malt Extract, Fresh Garlic, Torula Yeast, Natural Liquid Smoke Flavor, Black Pepper, Spices, Rubbed Sage.

Refrigerated Vegan Food orders will ship Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday @ 1:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday.

You may combine non-refrigerated, frozen and refrigerated vegan food items together in one order.

I tried the mexican chipotle variety, and was amazed at how good it was. Both the flavor and texture are great. It is relatively spicy, but I like spicy foods. I sliced up a couple of the sausages and mixed them in with a sweet potato and red pepper stir fry, and it was just wonderful. The sausages are already fully cooked, so you can just mix them in in the last couple of minutes of cooking, to heat them up. I even tried a slice cold, right out of the package, and it was good. I can think of all kinds of uses for these sausages - can't wait to try the other varieties!

The apple sage is the best! The chipotle is very spicy, the italian kind of bland. My non-veg family and friends love them! Even my non-veg husband who hates sausage. They do taste best eaten on a bun. I tried to chop them up and cook them that way, but they seemed to dry out a bit and lose flavor, though my non-veg in-laws still thought it was good. Definately a must for summer cook outs!

These sausages are fantastic! I tried the apple sage and was very surprised at how good they are! I even had my non-vegan friends try them, and they were amazed as well. These are worth every penny! So easy to prepare, sooooo delicious. And so happy they are Soy free!! :-)

Honestly, read the ingredients. Again. I really can't believe I actually taste most of those ingredients listed. These do not taste like a processed food. They taste authentic like sausage and wholesome, (not like sausage). While the tofurkey sausages gave me the 'idea' of meat again, these were so much better tasting. In spite of how much Italian I eat, I adored the apple sage one the best.

If you miss sausage, you must try these. These are the 'creme de la creme' of veg sausages. All 3 favors are equally amazing, delicious, plump gourmet sausages!
