Leahey Foods has created a delicious vegan version of Stroganoff using this easy to prepare skillet meal.

All you need is water and a skillet to create this hearty pasta dish with creamy vegan "beef" sauce. Each 9.5 oz package makes five cups of prepared Stroganoff.

Ingredients: Semolina, unmodified corn starch, textured soy protein, rice flour, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, autolyzed yeast extract, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, maltodextrin, shitake mushrooms, less than 2% of vinegar, sugar, natural (vegan) flavors, spices, tomato, apple, caramel color, spice extracts, vanilla.

This is a super easy meal to prepare. I think that it tasted okay, I am not familiar with beed stroganoff... so I can't tell for sure if it is just like traditional stroganoff or not. I will order it again.
