 It works, I kid you not

I found the Thai Crystal Deodorant Stone at a local organic grocery and, fed up with the weird, peely skin effects from Tom's of Maine, bought two of these stones -- one for me, one for my husband. We were skeptical at best ("You're kidding me. This piece of rock is going to keep my pits from smelling?!"), but we both followed the directions and have been using the stones since July. You just wet the stone with tap water and then rub it over the area for about 10 seconds. It actually does work, even for my active (and slightly odiferous) cycling enthusiast husband. In the summer, depending on how long we were outside, sometimes a re-application was warranted; but that's to be expected with regular deodorant too. The greatest thing about the Thai Crystal Deodorant Stone is that there's zero residue. Your pits feel like they have absolutely nothing on them: no goo, no powder, nothing. It just feels like bare skin -- and surprisingly non-smelly skin, at that. We've been using our stones since July, and mine doesn't even look like I've used it at all (his does a little). It might just last forever, but if not I'll be buying my replacement here. Try it; you won't be disappointed! | |
