Each tub contains 16 oz. of ricotta. 100% vegan and gluten-free.
Pro Tip: This ricotta appears dry and crumbly when cold and right out of the package, but it melts wonderfully when baked into recipes.
Ingredients: water, expeller blend of natural oils (palm fruit, soybean and olive), tofu, soy protein, maltodextrin, vegan lactic acid, natural blend of gums (locust bean, guar, cellulose, xanthan and carrageenan), brown rice, agar agar, vinegar, organic sugar, vegan mono and diglycerides, sea salt.
Refrigerated Vegan Food orders will ship Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday. Orders placed after Wednesday @ 1:00 PM EST will ship the following Monday.

You can select Standard Shipping only if you live within 2 day deivery from our store location. Please see if you live in a Standard Shipping qualifying state below. Please note, your package must be delivered within two days (48 hours) to keep your refigerated foods cold. Therefore it is very important that you select the fastest shipping method (We highly recommend choosing UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2 Day Air or Fed Ex Standard Overnight for all deliveries).
