What is
a vegan?
Vegans do not eat meat, fish, poultry,
dairy, eggs, milk and cheese. Most vegans do not consider honey to be
vegan (Cosmo's Vegan Shoppe will not sell items with honey). Most vegans
do not wear animal products, including leather, fur, silk and wool (Cosmo's
Vegan Shoppe will not sell any item that contain leather, fur, silk
and wool). Most vegans do not use shampoos, soaps, toothpastes, razors,
perfumes, household cleaners and makeups that are tested on animals
or contain animal products (Cosmo's Vegan Shoppe will not sell any item
that is tested on animals). Most people decide to go vegan for either
ethical, environmental or health issues.

sex, ethnicity, religion, race, age, income, educational level or sexual
orientation. We are everywhere!
What's
the difference between a "vegan" and a "vegetarian"?
A "vegetarian"
does not eat meat, fish, poultry, but may consume dairy products, eggs
and cheese. A "vegan" chooses to abstain from using or eating
any animal product. *See "What is a vegan" above
I'm
a vegetarian and I want to go vegan. Do you have a list of ingredients
that are animal derived?
Please click here
for a listing of non-vegan ingredients. It's chock full of information
that you may not have known about.
I'm not a vegan
or a vegetarian, but I am interested in buying from you. Will you sell
to me?
Of course we will!
We welcome anyone and everyone to visit and shop at Cosmo's Vegan Shoppe.
