Millennials Are Turning To Vegan
Countries all over the world including the UK, Germany and the US are experiencing a rise in the adoption of a vegan lifestyle and millennials are reported to be leading the pack.
Gone are the days when you’d probably be able to identify a vegan from the outward appearance. The sandals, the smell of hemp and the place of residence could so easily give the person away as a vegan. The blend today is something of interest.
As it turns out, the ridicule of the past has clearly lost its place as many young folks in their 20s and 30s are now embracing veganism in their numbers.
Veganism Recognition in Media
MYLF – a bit of controversial entertainment website dedicated to adults. MYLF stands for something as simple as Mom(s) You Would Love To F*** – and it’s all about these American actresses from adult industry that are in their prime age. Having lots of experience in many fields, they recognize veganism as a perfect way of keeping their bodies in shape, after all it’s their way of making money. Visit the project’s website here.
Easy Vegan Foods
Scrambles are one of my favorites among the vegan foods. I love to have the tofu scrambles because of the easy cooking and the flavoring options available when making tofu scrambles.
Vegetables are major food sources for vegans. When cooking roasted vegetables you’d have to preheat the oven to a suitable degree. You can roast virtually any type of vegetable you can think of in this way.
